Our History

Imperial Physical Therapy P.C. was founded with a singular vision: to expand the reach of exceptional healthcare services for every stage of life. As a proud sister company of Imperial Home Health and Imperial Hospice and Palliative Care, we bring decades of combined expertise in home health and hospice care into a new setting – the outpatient clinic. Recognizing the need for accessible, high-quality therapy services in the High Desert community, we opened our doors to provide Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) under one roof. Our goal is simple: to empower our patients with the tools they need to achieve independence, regain confidence, and live life to the fullest. Today, we continue to grow and innovate, rooted in the same values that have earned the trust of our community over the years.
